Fast and easy to Sandy Point and Napatree
Straight to the beach
-
Closest to Sandy
Sandy Point and Napatree beaches are right outside our cove. Unlike other locations there’s no long journey up the Pawcatuck River or around Stonington Point.
-
Easy to get here
Just minutes from Route 95 on a well maintained town road, with ample off-street and street parking. No long windy roads, unpaved streets or sketchy parking.
-
Unload and go
Load your stuff and go! Reserved drop zone for unloading and carts to make it easy. Peaceful departures without the public boat launch stress.

Sheltered Cove
Safe and secure
-
Sheltered and calm
Our sheltered cove has calm waters and very little boat traffic passing the docks, keeping your boat secure in its slip. We think of the details to keep your boat secure, like spring line cleats in every slip. Wind direction indicators are also on every dock section to guide you.
-
7 X 24 Video security
Security cameras monitor the docks, boat ramp, parking lot and street.
-
Helpful staff and community
We are staffed seven days a week during the season and we have a strong community of boaters who look out for each other. If your bilge pump goes, chances are we'll notice and keep your boat afloat.

Always maintained
Clean and comfortable
-
A bathroom, not a portable toilet
Unlike other marinas with portable toilets, we have a bathroom with a toilet. The bathroom is also equipped with a sink, with hot and cold water, and an indoor shower. We also have an outdoor shower with a flexible wand for rinsing sandy feet and your dog after a swim.
-
Fresh water to your slip
Wash down right in your slip! No need to bring your own hose, we've got you covered. It's easy scrub down and flush your engine after a day on the water.
-
Well maintained
We keep our property pristine, with manicured grounds and prompt trash removal.
Dinghy Slips
Sheltered, close, comfortable - all the reasons Stonington Marina is right for boat slips, matter even more for dinghies. Our sheltered cove provides a protected run straight to Sandy Point, unlike other routes where dinghies are battered by boat chop. Dinghy owners also appreciate stretching out on our grounds and seating when ashore. We love our dinghy marina members, come join us this season!
A fisherman’s paradise
Sugar Reef, the Pink House, Montauk, Block Island and so many more legendary spots. Enough said? When you have caught the limit, clean your catch in the shade of our fish cleaning station with clean water wash down.
Mystic area’s nicest waterfront grounds
Your waterfront escape! Use our grills and waterfront picnic tables for your family cookout. Have a drink by the water with friends. Now you have a place to hang out between your car and your boat, so stay a while.
Plenty of parking
Stonington Marina has a private parking with a reserved unloading zone for easy drop off. There is an additional 500 feet of parking in front of the marina.
Spend the night!
Want to stay the weekend? No problem! Our sister company has waterfront cabins with preferred rates for marina members.
